What we collect

• Email address and, if you give it, your name: to deliver the eSIM, send sign-in codes, receipts and service emails about your order (such as a low-data alert).
• Order and eSIM data: the plan, the eSIM identifier (ICCID), activation details and data usage reported by the operator, so you can see what is left and top up.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider; we receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card, never the full number.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs, kept for security and fraud prevention.

What we share

To issue an eSIM the mobile operator or its wholesale partner receives the order and, where their platform requires it, your email address for delivery. Our payment provider processes the payment. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising networks on this site.

Marketing

We only send offers if you ticked the box at checkout or in Settings, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Retention

Order and eSIM records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes; sessions after 90 days or when you sign out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account (orders stay in our books for the legal retention period). Write to [email protected].
