Terms of sale

The short version: you buy a prepaid data plan delivered as an eSIM, we deliver it immediately by email and in your account, and it works on an unlocked eSIM-capable phone in the countries the plan lists.

1. Who you buy from

eSIM plans on this website are sold by Roamline.co (“Roamline”, “we”). The mobile connectivity itself is provided by licensed mobile network operators and their wholesale partners in each destination; Roamline resells it.

2. What you buy

A prepaid data allowance (or unlimited data subject to the operator’s fair-use rules) valid for a stated number of days in the destinations listed on the plan. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at a destination, unless the plan says it starts at installation. The plan card and your order page state the allowance, validity, coverage and any speed reduction after a daily full-speed allowance.

3. Delivery

The eSIM (QR code and manual activation details) is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you entered as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. It is also kept under My eSIMs. Keep your email address correct; we are not responsible for eSIMs sent to a mistyped address, but we will move an order to the right account when you write to us from the address used at checkout.

4. Your device

You are responsible for using an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. A QR code can be installed once, on one device. Deleting an installed eSIM profile from the device removes it permanently.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider before any eSIM is issued. We never see or store your card details.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: an eSIM we could not issue is refunded automatically; an eSIM that was never installed can be refunded within 30 days of purchase; installed or activated plans are non-refundable.

7. Fair use and acceptable use

Plans are for personal use in the listed destinations. Operators may slow or suspend service that breaches their fair-use or acceptable-use rules (for example commercial resale of the connection, or permanent use in one country of a regional plan intended for travel).

8. Service limits

Coverage, speed and availability depend on the operator’s network and on local conditions; we pass on the operator’s published information but cannot guarantee a particular speed or indoor coverage. Where an operator withdraws a plan we will offer an alternative or a refund.

9. Contact and complaints

Write to [email protected] with your order number. We answer within one working day.

These terms are a plain-language template prepared with the launch of the shop; have them reviewed against the laws of the country where Roamline.co is registered before relying on them.
